Wednesday, December 4, WPCA will be caroling throughout the neighborhood.  We will meet at 6:00p.m. at 44 N West St. and visit primarily homes with elderly or shut-in residents.  If you have any requests for stops, please let us know. 

 Afterwards we will enjoy hot chocolate, cookies and good company.  Anyone who wishes to is encouraged to bring cookies to share.  We hope to see you there.  Invite a neighbor to come along and see how much fun it can be to be a member of West Park Civic Assn.
